Due to the generosity of our residents, Lakeside Fire Fighters raised a whopping $5672 during the annual "Fill the Boot" fundraiser for the Muscular Dystrophy Association. The funds raised yesterday morning (March 27, 2014), will go directly toward MDA San Diego services including their clinic at Rady Children's Hospital and the annual summer camp in Descanso.
Your firefighters are always amazed and humbled at the continuing generosity of the Lakeside community during our annual fundraisers. We feel honored and privileged to serve such a wonderful community. Thank You Lakeside!
