Commercial Fire on Woodside
At 2:04 am Engine 1 was dispatched to Little Caesars at 12405 Woodside Ave for alarms ringing. On arrival to the small strip mall, Engine 1 found the business charged with smoke and immediately upgraded the incident to a commercial fire response. Added to the call was E2, E4, T4, M1, Battalion 1. Once entry was made to the business, crews found a small smoldering fire in a linen basket that had been extinguished by the sprinkler system. E1, T4, M1, and Battalion 1 remained on scene to remove water and check for extension. Damages appeared to be minimal. 4103 and Prevention 412 arrived to investigate the cause which is still being investigated.
